Sippy Grewal (Director)
The founder of Alaxia Group, Sippy Grewal’s Construction Industry career began in 1994 in India, establishing his own successful building enterprise before moving permanently to Australia in 2005. Travelling back and forth, he produced numerous successful Bollywood blockbusters until, in 2017, he decided to establish Adelaide Builders Pty Ltd which grew into a successful home and land package developer.
Success was assured through innovative and value adding inclusions such as smart home automation and smart toilets – features that caused a sensation at the time.
The larger Sydney market beckoned and the Group moved to establish a new enterprise servicing metropolitan Sydney. The Alaxia Group was founded in 2019.
Mukesh Sapra (Director)
An entrepreneurial streak and plenty of energy has taken Mukesh on a successful and varied career in senior management, finance, sales and marketing across Communications, Electronics and Energy sectors before joining forces with Sippy to establish the Alaxia Group in 2019. Mukesh leads all sales and marketing activities, strategic policy settings, legal and financial operations.
Sukha Singh (Director)
Building and maintaining strong community connections at all levels – professionally and personally – has been the hallmark of Sukha’s contribution to initially developing Adelaide Builders in partnership with Sippy Grewel, and in the continuing success of the Alaxia Group across Sydney. Welcomed at all levels Sukha works constantly to ensure positive engagement with stakeholders and community leaders.
Ray Turner( Supervisor)
A consummate construction professional, Ray is a born leader and brings 20+ years building industry supervisory experience with high profile operators such as Rawson Homes, Jandson Homes and Intrec Management, among others. Ray’s expertise includes new domestic dwellings, complex renovations and multi-site developments. Typically, total project of 27 townhouses – excavations, construction, cladding external finishes and landscaping and handover – ahead of schedule and within budget. Similarly with a project for 25 dwellings for Rawson Homes.
Skilled at monitoring progress, WHS, minimising wastage and risk management, keeps individual and corporate clients fully up to date with regular progress reports.
AFFAN ADIL (BUILDING DESIGNER)
The technical brains behind all our projects, Affan keeps the team in constant check through a comprehensive understanding of applicable legislation at all levels. At ease with Council and Government officials. Adept at guiding clients through the planning and approvals processes, selecting building materials and finishes and negotiating with Trade Partners, Contractors and Builders. Seven years practical experience after gaining his Masters in Planning Degree at Macquarie University.
Sowmya Anisha Gali (Estimator)
Critical to the financial success of our building projects is Sowmya who brings the sharpest mind to bear on every undertaking. After gaining her Masters at Instituto Europeo Di Desin in Madrid, Sowmya gained invaluable experience in India and Europe honing her skills and developing innovative ideas around detailing and design concepts through collaboration with professional artists

Highly detailed minded with a sharp eye for detail, pricing and tendering, Sowmya is adept at managing multiple priorities, subcontractors, purchase orders, invoicing etc.
Shruti Singh
One word describes Shruti – creative! Internationally experienced in developing interior design briefs and bringing to life innovative concepts and interpreting client preferences. Highly adept at utilising unique materials to achieve stunning, eye catching interior finishes, building scale models, writing copy for social media. Happiest when challenged by the seemingly unachievable client dreams – always ready with a cheery smile and encouraging word.
Integral to every building project! An architect’s architect, a natural with people from all backgrounds, a stimulating conversationalist and good company!
Paula Frateschi
A highly experienced architect and project developer with international experience brings a very precise eye for fine detail – and logistics – to plan budgets and materials volumes for complex developments. Especially skilled in designing facilities for people with special needs – access, mobility, ease of negotiation.
Works closely with colleagues providing technical support and detailed working plans – proficient with a range of advanced software. A solutions developer par excellence!
Rajbir Kaur (Interior Designer)
Rajbir draws on exceptional academic training and studies and10 years of practical, hands-on experience as an Interior Decorator and Designer working with fastidious clients both here and internationally. Solutions focused expert with an eye for detail.
Both a Bachelor of Architecture (1st Division with Honours) gained at the University of Mumbai and a Diploma in Interior Design from TAFE NSW informs all decisions ensuring complete client satisfaction with finished product. Fastidious regarding workmanship, Rajbir is regularly to be seen on site to ensure quality outcomes that meet agreed specifications and match client expectations.
